From this point it’s a 21-day public comment period, then the SEC has 24 days to approve/deny/delay. Canary Litecoin ETF filing was acknowledged by the SEC on 29th Jan, but it hit the federal register on 4th Feb, so the 21-day public comment period ends in 24th Feb Now the SEC has to approve/deny/delay the ETF filing within the 25th Feb - 21st March period. Bottom line: From now on, we will have to wait at max 31 days until SEC decides for the Canary LTC ETF filing.
