Please consider sending the SEC a comment on why you think a Litecoin ETF should be approved. There are two Litecoin ETFs open for public comments. 1. Canary Litecoin ETF: comments end 2/24 2. Grayscale Litecoin ETF: comments end 3/5 Note added on 2/18/25: Just to clear something up for those asking about a Litecoin ETF approval… The timer starts when the ETF application hits the federal register. From this point it’s a 21-day public comment period, then the SEC has 24 days to approve/deny/delay. Canary Litecoin ETF filing was acknowledged by the SEC on 29th Jan, but it hit the federal register on 4th Feb, so the 21-day public comment period ends in 24th Feb Now the SEC has to approve/deny/delay the ETF filing within the 25th Feb - 21st March period. Bottom line: From now on, we will have to wait at max 31 days until SEC decides for the Canary LTC ETF filing.

I think one of the biggest gaps right now is that we have a very technical effort underway, which is hard to understand, and the implications of it are not tangible at this time as we are building for the future. IMO there is very little chance of success if Telos simply plays catch up with the current trend, like memecoins, because: 1) big chains heavily subsidize, e.g., AVAX's $100 million meme coin fund 2) we just won't compete against Solana/BNB for this market Instead, we have to build for what they are not, which means deeply technical and forward thinking tech. I happen to believe that is zk, and I happen to believe we are going in the right direction, but it is very hard and takes time. The market is often wrong about many things. Solana was below $10 just a couple of years ago. I remember that time well. The heat was intense for Solana team members, but that's how it goes sometimes. If you don't believe in this direction, then take action. Fork Telos, pay for exchange listings if you can, launch a meme coin platform. Buy tokens, create a proposal, and demand that I be fired. I'm not a dictator here with unlimited power. I've set a direction because I am convinced it is the best path forward for Telos. We have shipped test net zkEVM and SNARKtor for an unbelievably low amount of money relative to competitors who have done less with $100mm+. Ultimately, I think once the entire stack is mature and ready to go that we'll have a great opportunity to lead in a dynamic and emerging fee market which has massive upside. That's radically different than following what others are doing but it's an innovation story. We are actually not even one year into it if you look back at the timeline when we had the big zk pivot. Solana is 5 years into its journey. Filecoin is 8 years in. I think we are actually moving very quickly given the complexity and challenge involved in building this stack.

> Goldibear (or whatever it is) but these milestones are only technical and I'm not very sure how they make any sense to the average Joe. When it comes to performant zk systems these technical nuances are everything. It is the difference between winning the fee market or not. Let me explain in some detail: Plonky2 can now work with different types of fields, like Goldilocks and BabyBear, making it more flexible. Why that matters: Goldilocks Field is great for performance and is often used in recursive proofs. BabyBear Field gives more options for certain cryptographic tasks. Recursive proofs help simplify complex calculations into smaller, easy to check pieces. This is extremely important for things like Ethereum rollups. Plonky2 GoldiBear is a big leap forward in zk. Imagine a busy highway; zk proofs create fast lanes so more cars can move quickly without showing who's driving where. This makes everything more efficient and reliable, which is a big deal for making money in the growing zk fee market. Telos Plonky2 GoldiBear can work with different "fields," like Goldilocks and BabyBear. Think of these fields as different currencies or tools that zk-proofs use to work better. Before, Plonky2 was more limited, but now it can handle different needs, opening up more opportunities for applications, partnerships, and paying customers in the zk economy. As zk proofs become more popular, being able to work with different fields means you can serve more clients and applications, making you a go to provider in the fee market. Recursive proofs are like digital signatures that can verify whole batches of transactions at once. Imagine a toll booth where one scan pays for 1,000 cars instead of just one; that’s the kind of efficiency recursive proofs bring to blockchain transactions. They let blockchains process more transactions with less effort, cutting costs and boosting profits. In the zk fee market, where businesses make money by processing transactions efficiently, this is a game changer. I cannot emphasize this point enough. Instead of starting from scratch, Alberto and his team used reliable parts from Plonky3 and added them to Plonky2 GoldiBear. This is like building a modern skyscraper using the best designs from proven blueprints. In a market driven by revenue, reliability is key. Blockchain networks will choose zk proof providers that deliver consistent results, and this update makes Telos Plonky2 GoldiBear a more reliable choice. I am not familiar with any other similar product in the market with the performance metrics we have hit. The zk proof market is expected to grow fast as more blockchains use zk to scale. Transaction fees are the main way to make money in this space, and being able to offer faster, more flexible, and reliable zk services will determine who gets the biggest share of the market.
